HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping within New Zealand is $6, or $10 for rural addresses. Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $15. If you would like to order from somewhere else, please send me an email with your order and delivery address and I will let you know how much shipping is.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our shipping is usually overnight within Auckland or 2 days Nationwide. You will be emailed tracking details once your order has been collected by the courier.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO PURCHASE?
​There is information on the sizing of each product on the product page. However if you are still unsure, just ask!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY?
I am happy for you to return products within 30 days of receiving if you change your mind or they are the wrong size. Return shipping will be at your expense. Return items need to be new/unused.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
No, Barkley is an online only store. However, I do allow pick ups from my home in Wainui, Auckland.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please let me know. If you ordered the wrong size, I am more than happy for you to return these items. Return shipping will be at your expense. Return items need to be new/unused.
